In this exciting seven-week course, we will explain what the chakra energy system is and how it works and how imbalances in the chakras may cause physical, mental, and emotional discomfort. We will share with you ways to work with and balance chakra energy to benefit body, mind, and spirit. During the course, we will work through each of the 7 chakras explaining how to balance each one using a holistic approach that includes proper diet, exercise, and meditative practices.
Each class is a stand-alone class, focusing on a particular chakra, so feel free to jump into the series at anytime.
